Carolyn Hsu, Ph.D., is a CMC Operations and Program Management professional with expertise in driving drug development from early phases to commercialization. They have extensive experience in end-to-end CMC activities for biologics, having worked with big pharmaceutical companies and biotech firms, managing portfolios, budgets, and regulatory filings. Currently, Carolyn serves as the Director of CMC Operations at Aktis Oncology, following roles at Mural Oncology and Alkermes, where they refined CMC strategies and ensured cross-functional alignment. Carolyn obtained a Ph.D. in Chemistry from Michigan State University and continues to pursue education at National Taiwan University.
