Paul Boord is an Independent Consultant with a remarkable track record in environmental engineering and consulting. They previously held the position of Executive Vice President at Arcadis, where they successfully directed a $260 million Water Division, overseeing strategic planning and client satisfaction among 1,000 employees. With extensive experience in business development and operations management, Paul served as Service Delivery Leader for Municipal Water at Malcolm Pirnie, managing significant projects and revenue across the Northeast. Currently, Paul continues to provide consulting services while serving on the Board of Directors for AKRF. They hold multiple degrees in Environmental Engineering from the NYU Tandon School of Engineering and Northeastern University.
