Trine Ask-Henriksen has extensive experience in organizational development and change management across multiple industries. Beginning a career as an HR trainee at Nera Networks, Trine progressed through roles such as a fundraiser at Casa de Santa Ana and intern at Augmentum Consulting, where analytical skills were honed. At Deloitte Norway, Trine served as a Senior Consultant specializing in human capital and HR transformation. Subsequent roles included Chartering Officer at Solstad Offshore ASA and positions at Aker Solutions, culminating in the role of Senior Vice President People & Transformation for New Energies & Power Solutions. Trine has a solid educational foundation with a Bachelor of Science in psychology, sociology, and business from Norges teknisk-naturvitenskapelige universitet, and a Master's in International Management and Change Management from the European Business School London.
