Roar Hatleberg has extensive experience in the engineering and project management fields, currently serving as the Project Management Office Head of PEM Execution at Aker Solutions since July 1998. Previous roles at Aker Solutions include Modifikasjons leder, Oppdragsleder, and Feltingeniør, with responsibilities encompassing design and work preparation for modifications. Earlier experience includes a tenure as an Industrimekaniker at Kværner Kleven Leirvik from August 1990 to August 1993, where Roar Hatleberg started as a learner and progressed to a skilled worker while pursuing further education.
