Seema Scindia is the Director of Account Management and Customer Success at Akamai Technologies, where they lead global teams and strive to enhance customer success metrics. With nearly a decade of experience in the internet industry, Seema has held various roles at Akamai, including Manager of Account Management and Senior Manager of Product Operations. They are an advocate for diversity and inclusion as the Chair of Women's Forum India and also serve as the Presiding Officer for the Internal Committee for Prevention of Sexual Harassment (POSH) at Akamai. Seema holds an MBA in Project Management from Sikkim Manipal University and a Bachelor's degree in International Business from Mount Carmel College.
