Mantana Lertchaitawee is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in management and economic analysis. Currently serving as Chief of Staff at Ajaib since April 2021, Mantana previously held various roles at McKinsey & Company, including Junior Engagement Manager, Engagement Manager, and Associate from July 2015 to March 2021. Prior experience includes an Associate Intern position at Santa Fe Capital Group, advising on fundraising strategies, and an Economist role at Siam Commercial Bank PCL, where market analysis and economic briefings were conducted. Earlier in the career, Mantana worked as an Economist at the Bank of Thailand, contributing to monetary policy through comprehensive economic analyses.
