Matthias Schmidlin is the VP and Head of Business Development and Cooperation Projects at Airbus Defence & Space. Previously, they served as VP of Strategy & Business Intelligence at EADS and worked in various roles at Airbus, including Group Manager Customer Support and Director of Market Issues, Strategy & Research. They also contributed as a Senior Research Scientist at NASA Ames Research Center. Matthias earned a Doctor of Philosophy from The University of Manchester, a Master of Science from Liverpool John Moores University, and a Diplom-Ingenieur from Munich University of Applied Science, in addition to a Certificate of Innovation and Entrepreneurship from Stanford University Graduate School of Business.
