Jürgen Westermeier currently serves as President and Managing Director of Airbus India and South Asia, a position held since September 2020. Prior to this role, Jürgen accumulated extensive experience at BMW Group over a span of 22 years, where responsibilities included Senior Vice President of Purchasing and Supplier Network Asia Pacific, Vice President of Cost Engineering, and Vice President of Strategy Purchasing and Supplier Networks, among others. Jürgen's educational background includes a degree in Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen from Karlsruhe Institute of Technology and studies at the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth.
