Josie North completed the Airbus UK Engineering Graduate Scheme and was awarded Graduate of the Year before joining Airbus as a designer in the Daily Repairs department. Within 12 months, they achieved full design signatory status and became Lead Design Engineer for the offload team within 9 months. Currently, Josie serves as the Head of Wing Structure Repairs, managing a team of 22 engineers to deliver timely and quality repairs to customers. Their earlier experience includes roles as a Registration Assistant and Accommodation Tour Guide at The University of Sheffield.
