Eric Gimenez is currently the Director of Digital PSL Operations & Quality for North America at Airbus, where they manage operational performance and service delivery for commercial aircraft and helicopters across the US, Mexico, and Canada. With over 15 years of experience in aeronautics, Eric previously served as the Quality Process Engineering Manager at Airbus Helicopters, leading transnational projects and training over 1,000 employees in quality methodologies. They hold a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology Project Management and a Master's degree in Management Information Systems, both earned with high honors. Eric's entrepreneurial spirit, team-oriented approach, and passion for travel further define their professional journey.
