Shawn Smith is a Business Management Professional with over 20 years of experience in team leadership and business development. Currently serving as the Director of Industrial Gases Fleet Assets at Air Products, Shawn manages maintenance costs and collaborates with Operations and Commercial teams to ensure long-term business sustainability. Previously, Shawn held the role of Business Development Manager at Air Products and worked at Mayfield Foundry as a Foundry and Machine Shop Manager. Shawn earned an MBA in Finance from Lehigh University and a Bachelor of Science in Materials Engineering from the University of Pittsburgh.
