Kavita John has over 18 years of extensive experience in human resources across various industries. Currently, Kavita serves as Executive Director of Global MyHR at Air Products, a role held since November 2019. Prior to this position, Kavita was the Head of Human Resources for the Global Delivery Centre at Syngenta and led HR operations in India from March 2017 to October 2019. Previous roles include Senior HR Manager at Devgen Seeds and Crop Technology Private Limited, where Kavita was also a Senior HR Business Partner, and Senior Lead Manager of HR at SKS Microfinance Pvt.
