Kobus Durand is a Metallurgy Manager at Air Liquide South Africa, responsible for business development and profitability in the metallurgical industries since 1997. Previously, they served as Plant Manager at Caledonia from 1990 to 1997. Kobus has been recognized as an International Group Expert and has led projects across multiple countries, including Ghana, Mali, and Thailand. They participated in innovation programs in partnership with the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and hold a degree in Business, Management, and Marketing from MIT's Sloan School of Management.
