We are building the next-generation AI design experience for the Roblox creator ecosystem — and we’re looking for a talented UI/UX Designer to help shape that future.

Role Overview

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to design intuitive, engaging, and visually compelling user experiences for our AI-powered Roblox template maker platform. You will work closely with product managers, engineers, and AI developers to transform complex AI capabilities into simple, delightful user interfaces.

This role requires a strong understanding of gaming audiences, creator tools, and modern SaaS product design.

Key Responsibilities

Design clean, intuitive, and engaging UI for web-based AI design tools

Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for new features

Optimize user flows for template generation, editing, preview, and export

Improve onboarding experience for first-time Roblox creators

Design interactive components for AI generation workflows

Enhance 3D viewer and customization interface usability

Conduct usability testing and analyze user behavior to refine design

Maintain and evolve our design system for scalability and consistency

Collaborate closely with developers to ensure pixel-perfect implementation

Required Qualifications

3+ years of UI/UX design experience (SaaS or creator tools preferred)

Strong portfolio demonstrating web-based product design

Experience designing complex workflows (AI tools or creative software is a plus)

Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, or similar tools

Strong understanding of user-centered design principles

Experience designing dashboards, editor interfaces, or design platforms

Ability to translate product requirements into clean and modern UI

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in gaming, Roblox ecosystem, or creator economy platforms

Understanding of AI product interfaces and generative workflows

Knowledge of basic HTML/CSS to collaborate effectively with developers

Experience with data-driven design decisions
