Ujjal Mukherjee has extensive experience in information technology and claims management within the insurance industry. Ujjal served at AIG from March 2018 to April 2023, progressing from Information Officer to Senior Information Officer and ultimately holding the position of Senior Vice President - Global Claims CIO. Following this, Ujjal took on the role of Senior Vice President-Head of NAM Claims IT (CIO) at AIG from April 2023 to May 2024. Prior to AIG, Ujjal worked at Tata Consultancy Services from July 1998 to January 2011, holding roles as Claims Director and Global Relationship Manager. Ujjal holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from New York University's Leonard N. Stern School of Business and a Bachelor of Engineering degree from Jadavpur University.
