Sibylle Lauri is currently the Head of Marketing & Communication for Italy at AIG, where they have focused on strategic marketing initiatives and branding since 2011. They also serve as the DE&I President and Early Career Mentor, advocating for values that enhance business performance. With extensive experience in sales and marketing across various roles, including Sales Marketing Manager at TMT SRL and Broker Development Manager at Chartis Insurance, Sibylle has developed a strong reputation for relationship building and creative problem solving. Sibylle holds a Scientific Diploma in Molecular Biology from Deutsche Schule Rom and a degree in Economics, Marketing, and Distribution from the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology.
