Karen Lonergan is an experienced Vice President in Business Intelligence with a strong background in the insurance industry. They have held various roles at Travelers from 2001 to 2005, including Finance Director and Vice President of Data Management, where they focused on financial reporting and business analysis. Currently, as the Global Head of Business Insights for Commercial General Insurance at AIG since 2021, they are responsible for defining and executing the data and analytics strategy in collaboration with Commercial leadership. Karen holds a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics with a minor in Biology from the University of Minnesota Duluth and is an Associate of the Casualty Actuarial Society (ACAS).
