Alex Fredjohn-Smith is a Chartered FCIPD professional currently serving as the Interim Head of HR at AIG UK since 2024. Previously, they were a Global HR Business Partner at AIG, as well as holding senior HR positions at EY, where they managed various initiatives including performance management and employee engagement. Alex began their career as an executive assistant and has a strong educational background with degrees in Human Resource Management from Kingston University and Ancient History from Durham University.
