Batool Naqvi is currently the Performance & Culture Lead for MENA at L’Oréal. Previously, they held various HR roles at organizations such as Coca-Cola CCI, where they worked as an HR Business Partner, and Unilever, where they contributed as an Employee Relations specialist and HR Business Partner for Food Solutions. Batool also has experience with AIESEC, serving as the Director of Member Development and National Recruitment Manager. They earned a Bachelor of Science in Economics and Politics from Lahore University of Management Sciences.
