Soon Wah Ng is a Customer Relationship Management Specialist at AIA Malaysia since 2023, following four years of experience as a CRM Communication Assistant Manager and Customer Relationship Senior Executive at Senheng Electric (KL) Sdn Bhd from 2019 to 2023. Previously, Soon Wah completed a marketing internship at Victoria Home in 2019, where strategies to increase sales were developed. Soon Wah holds a Bachelor's degree in Marketing and a Diploma in E-commerce and Marketing, both from Tunku Abdul Rahman University College. With a strong belief in determination and hard work, Soon Wah actively seeks to learn and improve skills.
