Travis Higgins has extensive experience in the insurance and claims management fields, currently serving as Head of Customer Operations at AIA since August 2025 and previously as Head of Claims at AIA NZ since September 2019. Prior roles include Senior Manager and Head of Claims at AIA from May 2018 to October 2019, Technical Underwriting Manager at Sovereign for a brief period in October 2016, and various positions at Sovereign including Disability Income Claims Manager, where leadership of a team of case managers and specialists was emphasized.
