Mark Edwards is a senior human resource professional currently serving as the Executive Director of People and Culture at AHPRA, where they oversee all aspects of human resource activities for approximately 2,000 employees. Previously, they held various leadership roles including Director of Human Resources at Ronin Consulting Group and General Manager Human Resources at the Transport Construction Authority, strategically managing HR functions through significant organizational changes. Mark's educational background includes a Master's degree in Human Resources and Industrial Relations from the University of Sydney and a Bachelor's degree with First Class Honours in English from UNSW Australia. They also served as a Commissioned Officer in the Royal Australian Navy from 1992 to 2001.
