Eva Vasileiou Baas is a seasoned professional in people development and organizational psychology, currently serving as Global Director of People Development at Ahold Delhaize since February 2020, after previously holding the position of Global Manager of Associate Development. Prior to this role, Eva was with NN from February 2017 to January 2020, where responsibilities included Global Inclusion & Diversity and Engagement lead, as well as HR Coordinator on the Global HR Management Team. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Positive Organizational Psychology from Erasmus University Rotterdam, completed in 2017, and a Bachelor's degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Istanbul Bilgi University, earned in 2016, with additional studies at Erasmus University focusing on organizations within that field.
