Anne Birgel Cunningham is the Vice President and Deputy General Counsel for Employment, Labor, and Benefits at Ahold Delhaize USA Services, LLC, where they oversee legal affairs related to these areas. Previously, Cunningham served as Director of Legal Affairs at Retail Business Services and held senior roles at Delhaize America Shared Services Group and Verrill Dana, LLP. They began their legal career as a Staff Attorney at the New Hampshire Public Defender and have cultivated extensive experience in employment and labor law since earning a Juris Doctor from the UNH School of Law in 1992 and a BSFS in International Politics from Georgetown University in 1985.
