Ciprian Arhire is a global HR transformation leader with over 20 years of experience driving people strategy and workforce innovation across more than 40 countries. Formerly the Global Head of People Experience and HR Transformation at Entain Group, Ciprian implemented people analytics, digital HR solutions, and AI-enabled workforce strategies for a workforce of over 30,000. Currently, they serve as Senior Director of People Experience and Services at Agoda and are actively involved as a Non-Executive Director and Trustee at POhWER. Ciprian has also contributed significantly to the HR community through their roles at CIPD and as a founding member of Hacking HR's Experts Council, while being recognized as one of HR's Most Influential Practitioners in 2022.
