Kalia Loche is currently a People & Culture Business Partner at AGL, where they leverage their expertise in delivering pragmatic HR solutions aligned with business strategy. Previously, Kalia served as a P&OD Business Partner at Vicinity Centres, supporting over 800 people leaders and employees, and as a Human Resources Manager at QUANTEM Bulk Liquid Storage & Handling, where they were a member of the Executive Leadership Team responsible for the end-to-end HR function in Australia and New Zealand. Kalia began their career as an HR Coordinator and has also held roles in payroll and employee relations, showcasing a comprehensive background in human resource management with a Bachelor of Human Resource Management from Australian Catholic University.
