Jim Derrick is an experienced technology leader with a robust background in SaaS operations and infrastructure management. Currently serving as the Director of SaaS Operations at Agilysys since December 2004, Jim has successfully managed servers, networks, security, and staff for SaaS applications in diverse cloud environments. Prior roles at Agilysys include Senior Manager of SaaS Delivery and Manager of Hosted Infrastructure, following the acquisition of InfoGenesis, where Jim began as a Network Engineer. Previous positions also include Systems Administrator at DigitalMed, Unix Lead at Apple Computer, and Technical Solutions Consultant at Paranet. Jim holds a Master’s degree in Information Systems and a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology from the University of Phoenix, as well as a certificate in UNIX Programming from UC Santa Barbara.
