Vitalii Vinokurov has been working as a software developer since 2008. Vitalii began their career at VisaHQ as a Senior SW Developer and later became a SW Developer. In 2021, they joined Agiliway as a Senior PHP Developer.

Vitalii Vinokurov attended the Technological Institute of Vostochnoukrainian National University named after Vladimiar Dal', where they obtained a Diploma of Specialty in Ingenery.
