Parthena Intze serves as the Associate VP HR Central Europe at Agilent Technologies since September 2017 and also works as a Personal/Leadership Coach at Speexx since June 2024. Previously, Parthena held significant HR leadership roles, including Global HR Director for BARTEC Safe.t Technology, where responsibilities included strategic HR guidance across multiple regions and managing a diverse team of HR professionals. Prior experience includes Global HR Director at Eaton, overseeing HR policy rollouts and reduction in force projects, amongst other leadership positions at Stern-Wywiol Gruppe and Rockwell Automation. Parthena's educational background includes a Master’s degree in Business Management from the University of Stuttgart, along with a recent certification as an ICF Accredited Business Coach.
