Fatima Nazha is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience across various industries. Currently serving as HR Leader MENA at Aggreko since June 2020, Fatima is responsible for translating strategic business plans into actionable HR initiatives and leading the HR team to attract, retain, and develop key resources. Prior to Aggreko, Fatima worked at Cummins Inc. for eight years as a Human Resources Business Partner, where responsibilities included devising HR initiatives, managing employee recruitment, and streamlining HR operations. Fatima's earlier experience includes roles at Virginia Commonwealth University as a Human Resources Generalist, HDECO Qatar as an HR Specialist, and RasGas as an HR Assistant. Fatima holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from AUL in Beirut, Lebanon.
