Andrei Mocan serves as an Advisory Board Member at Transilvania Executive Education, where efforts have focused on launching the first genuine British EMBA in Romania. Concurrently, Andrei is a Strategic Advisor for AXON-Soft and Aggranda, addressing technology challenges and developing a robust RPA sector presence in Romania. As an Associate Professor at Babes-Bolyai University, Andrei teaches master-level courses in International Technology Transfer, Corporate Governance, and Real Estate Economics. Previous experience includes senior leadership roles at Endava, where Andrei was instrumental in establishing financial services and managing operations across multiple regions. Andrei also held the role of Director at the British Romanian Chamber of Commerce, enhancing trade between the UK and Romania. Academic qualifications include a PhD in Economics and International Business, along with multiple master's degrees and a bachelor's degree from Babes-Bolyai University.
