Tom Van Bockland has extensive work experience in finance and auditing. Tom is currently working at Agfa as the Head of ICS Finance. Prior to this role, they were the ICS Finance Manager at Agfa.

Before joining Agfa, Tom worked at Ypto for a decade. During their time at Ypto, they held various leadership roles including Head of Project, Demand & Control and Head of Supplier & Financial Management. Tom Van Bockland attended the University of Antwerp from 1997 to 2002. Tom then pursued a degree in Corporate Finance at Belgium Jobs from 2013 to 2014 and studied Financial Controlling at Ehsal Management School from 2012 to 2013. In 2007, Tom attended Cevora, and in 2000, they briefly studied at Union College.
