Hughes Defoy has extensive experience in the field of human resources and project management. Since June 1998, Hughes has held the position of Directeur Métier at Agefiph, contributing as a member of the executive committee and leading the deployment of new service offerings for businesses since 2018. Prior roles include Regional Manager, where Hughes managed a team of 14 to implement services supporting the employment of individuals with disabilities, and charged with studies and development.
