Mansoor Ahmad MBE is an accomplished professional in economic development and trade investment, currently serving as the Deputy Group Head for Africa Economic Development and Team Lead for Agribusiness Investment & Food Trade at the UK Government’s Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office. With a background as a Chartered Accountant and experience in both the private and public sectors, Mansoor has significantly contributed to clean energy and agribusiness markets across Africa and South Asia. They co-founded multiple initiatives, including Glean BookTravel Club and Amytis, and have held leadership roles at PwC, where they focused on energy and mining sectors. Mansoor received an MBE for their services to international development, particularly in developing clean energy markets, and actively advocates for disability inclusion.
