Diana Sey is the Partner Director at AFS Intercultural Exchange Programs, where they lead a team and oversee the effective management of AFS Ghana. With nearly 20 years of experience working with government, private sector, and non-profit organizations across eight sub-Saharan African countries, Diana has specialized in program management, strategy development, and youth capacity building. Previously, Diana served as the Regional Senior Communications and Engagement Manager for sub-Saharan Africa at the British Council, where they developed strategies to support business goals and change programs. They have also held various roles that focused on integrated marketing communications, public relations, and higher education capacity building. Diana holds multiple advanced degrees, including an MBA from the University of Northampton and a PG Diploma in Strategic Management & Leadership.
