Barbara Wills has extensive experience in public relations within the volunteer sector, primarily with AFS Intercultural Programs since September 1985, serving as the Miss Tennky Area PR Chair Volunteer. Wills has played a crucial role in generating interest in hosting high school foreign exchange students and encouraging students to study abroad through AFS-USA, while also focusing on recruiting new volunteers for the organization. Educational credentials include a Bachelor’s degree and a Master’s degree from Mississippi College, a Specialist in Education in Counseling Psychology from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, and a post-graduate degree as a Stokely Fellow from the same institution.
