Thomas Frankl, Ph.D., has an extensive international career that includes roles in both United Nations organizations and Fortune 500 companies, focusing on sustainable air transport development, public-private partnerships, and responsible private equity. They currently serve as an Associate Professor in Leadership, Entrepreneurship, and Strategy at leading Business Schools in Europe. As the Chairman of MNF Partners LLC and Ruti Group in Rwanda, Thomas promotes education aligned with the United Nations’ Sustainable Development Goals. They are also the author of the upcoming book "Subliminal Leadership - why it is as important as Emotional Intelligence," set to be published in 2024.
