David Kramer is an experienced Area Manager and Vice President at FM Affiliated, overseeing a profitable portfolio of commercial property insurance across multiple states including Washington, Oregon, Montana, Idaho, Wyoming, and Alaska since August 2019. Prior to this role, David served in various positions at FM Global from July 2006 to July 2019, including Seattle Branch Claims Manager and Chief Underwriting Technical Specialist, focusing on large loss adjustments in commercial property insurance. Additionally, David worked as a Consultant Engineer with the US Navy from October 1995 to July 2001, reaching the rank of Petty Officer Second Class (SW) - Engineman. David holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from UC Irvine, earned between 2003 and 2005, and attended Orange Coast College from 2001 to 2003.
