Jaime Tupper has extensive experience in leadership roles, currently serving as the Vice President for Central America and the Caribbean at AES since 2000, after also holding the position of Country Manager for Colombia. Tupper has a history with Electricidad de Caracas from 1990 to 2007, where various roles included being a Business Leader. Additionally, Tupper was a member of the Board of Directors at Pan Amcham in 2011 and served as President of Comunicaciones Moviles EDC C.A, a subsidiary of Grupo EDC-AES, from 2000 to 2004. Tupper holds an engineering degree in Electronics from Universidad Simón BolÃvar and further education from Universidad Metropolitana in Venezuela.
