Lynn Dunlap-Regan serves as the Senior Vice President of Customer Experience at Aerwave, where responsibilities include reimagining the customer experience and leading the Customer Success, Support, and Marketing teams. Prior to Aerwave, Lynn held positions at LeaseLock, initially as Senior Vice President - Head of Customer Success & Implementation, and earlier as Vice President - Head of Customer Success, overseeing the post-sale customer experience. At RealPage, Inc., Lynn was the Senior Director of Product Success, managing multiple teams and a substantial client portfolio. Previous experience includes a significant tenure at Transamerica in various director roles, focusing on strategic solutions and market leadership. Lynn’s career commenced at The Alliance Group - UICI as District Manager. Educational background includes an MBA and a Bachelor of Science in Business with a Marketing concentration from the Naveen Jindal School of Management at UT Dallas.
