Alexandre Pasini currently serves as Chief Operating Officer at Aenova Group, overseeing 14 Fill&Finish manufacturing sites and more than 4,000 employees since December 2025. Previously, Pasini held the position of Vice President and General Manager for the Drug Product Division at Thermo Fisher Scientific, managing a P&L with EUR 1 billion in revenue and overseeing 4,500 employees across multiple sites. As Chief Operating Officer at Celonic Group and SaniSure, Pasini led operational functions in the biotech and pharmaceutical sectors. Additionally, Pasini contributed to Lonza's strategic initiatives as a Global Program Director and held various leadership roles within the company, including Head of Operations for Lonza Bioscience. Pasini's career began at Lombard Odier Group as a Financial Analyst and included academic experience as an Assistant Teacher at the University of Geneva.
