Shejnaze Rama is currently the People and Culture Director at AECOM, where they lead major people and cultural change initiatives. They have extensive senior HR experience across various sectors, including Technology, Health Services, Mining, and Government. Previously, Shejnaze served as General Manager, People and Culture at Lendi Group and held roles such as Team Leader of Human Resources at the Migration Review Tribunal. They are a strategic thinker with a talent for engaging people and creating high-performing teams. Shejnaze obtained an Executive MBA from Melbourne Business School.
