Jessica Bauer is an experienced healthcare executive currently serving as the Area President at Advocate Aurora Health since September 2019. Prior to this role, Jessica held the position of President at Aurora Health Care from January 2017 to September 2019. Jessica's extensive career in healthcare includes significant experience at SSM Health St. Louis from October 2000 to January 2017, where responsibilities included Vice President of Operations for a 410-bed acute care hospital and Level II Trauma Center, as well as oversight of ambulatory services and patient access for multiple hospitals. Jessica holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Saint Louis University and a Master's in Business Administration from Webster University.
