Frank LaVora currently serves as the Interim Chief Medical Officer at Aurora St. Luke's Medical Center and Chief Medical Officer for the Greater Milwaukee South Market, where oversight includes four hospitals and advocacy for over 600 physicians and 375 Advanced Practice Clinicians. LaVora holds several interim Chief Medical Officer positions within Advocate Aurora Health and has extensive experience as a Board Member on various medical groups and councils, including the Aurora Medical Group Leadership Council. In addition to medical leadership roles, responsibilities extend to financial management, human resources, and operational oversight for multiple clinic locations as President of Aurora - Lakeshore. Educational qualifications include a Master of Business Administration in Health Care Administration from The University of Texas at Dallas and a Doctorate in Podiatric Medicine from the Chicago Medical School. LaVora is board certified in Podiatric Medicine and Surgery, with over three decades of experience in the healthcare sector.
