Shawn (Xiaoyu) Qiu is a seasoned professional with over 25 years of experience in real estate and facility management. Currently, Shawn serves as the Senior Facilities Manager for the North America Region at AMD, having held various management roles at the company since 2011. Previously, Shawn worked with notable organizations such as Motorola Mobility, Daimler, and China National Overseas Engineering Corporation, where they occupied positions ranging from project engineer to regional manager. Shawn holds an MBA from Peking University and a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering from Wuhan University of Technology.
