Karon Macdaniel has extensive experience in litigation and legal counsel, beginning as a Senior Associate at Fulbright & Jaworski from September 2002 to March 2008. Karon then transitioned to AMD, where roles included Assistant General Counsel from July 2015 to July 2019, facilitating litigation, e-discovery, records management, and global privacy. Following this, Karon served in various capacities, including Senior Corporate Counsel and Corporate Counsel, before becoming the Director of Litigation and Global Privacy at AMD in July 2019. In the current role, Karon leads the litigation team, managing all global non-IP litigation and overseeing AMD's records management program. Karon holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Louisiana State University and a Juris Doctor from The University of Texas School of Law.
