Jerry (Xu) Zhang is a Senior DFT Manager at AMD, where they have been employed since 2019, specializing in DFT architecture, design, and verification. Prior to their current role, Jerry worked at Freescale Semiconducteurs from 2003 to 2015 and continued with NXP after its acquisition, where they led a team focused on DFT design and silicon debug. With extensive experience in the semiconductor industry, Jerry possesses strong skills in System on a Chip (SoC) design, testing, and cross-functional team leadership.
