Gordon Parker is currently the Corporate Vice President and Head of M&A at AMD, where they lead efforts in identifying, acquiring, and integrating companies to tackle significant global challenges. With over 20 years of experience in investment banking across the US and Asia, Gordon has an extensive background in mergers and acquisitions involving public companies, private equity, and sovereign clients. Prior to joining AMD in 2025, they held key positions at firms such as Morgan Stanley, DBO Partners, and Piper Sandler, where they focused on financial sponsorship and technology services. Gordon earned a Master of Business Administration from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a Bachelor of Science from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
