Steven K. Andersen is a Division Vice President at the International Centre for Dispute Resolution (ICDR) with over 25 years in international and domestic dispute resolution. They have extensive experience collaborating with legal professionals across North America and have organized numerous international dispute resolution events globally. Steven is bilingual in English and Spanish and is known for their innovative approach to training programs, enhancing accessibility in dispute resolution education. They are also a member of various international committees, including the USMCA 31.22 Committee, where they co-chair the Mediation Subcommittee.
