Nakita Jones is currently the Director of Client Services at ADP, a role they began in 2021. Nakita briefly worked as a Process Improvement Analyst at Tidewater Finance Company in 2015, focusing on project management and efficiency improvements. Nakita received education from the University of Phoenix between 2018 and 2020.
